Welcome to my review of Anthony Morrison – the internet marketing Guru who’s caused such a buzz on the web over the years.
I’ve read a fair number of negative reviews on the guy from the Wealthy Affiliate crowd and past customers, all claiming that:
“This guy’s a perpetuating scammer”, “he leads you down the get-rich-quick path”, “his products are dog sh*t”…
Blah, blah, blah.
But are their statements accurate or just misguided opinions, that’s the question?
Before we dive into all that…
Who The Heck is Anthony Morrison Anyways?
Anthony Morrison started his digital marketing career way back in 2005 – selling Ford Mustang parts through an eCommerce website.
A site, that made him $100,000+ per month!
In 2008, he published a book called ‘The Hidden Millionaire: Twelve Principles to Uncovering The Entrepreneur in You’.
The book is basically about entrepreneurial mindset, which you can still purchase on Amazon today.
Yeah, the book’s dated. But the principles he teaches are evergreen for growing a successful online business.
Also, in 2008, Anthony found ‘Morrison Publishing’ that’s still alive and kicking (which I’ll cover in more detail shortly).
In addition, the guy’s banked over $1 million in commissions through the ClickFunnels affiliate program – making him one of the top affiliates.
So Anthony’s accolades are pretty impressive to say the least, right?
But anyway, let’s get down to business…
Anthony Morrison Got a ClickBank Ban *GASP*…
Some reviewers have made a mountain out of a molehill when it comes to Morrison’s poor reputation as a ClickBank product seller.
I must admit, I bought one of his products (Success With Anthony) via ClickBank many moons ago, and it was utter garbage.
Because his training wasn’t just shallow, but it was all over the place like a mad woman’s breakfast with ZERO direction.
Needless to say, I was one of the many customers who claimed a refund LOL.
Whether ClickBank gave him the boot or he left the marketplace on his own accord, I really haven’t the foggiest.
But either way, that’s history because Morrison has come a long way as a product publisher (in my opinion) since those days.
In fact, leaving ClickBank was probably a godsend because the marketplace is pretty saturated with “money making” stuff, let’s face it.
This leads me to the next discussion…
‘Morrison Publishing’ – Anthony’s Digital Education Portal
Morrison Publishing is basically an umbrella company that houses a number of Morrison’s own internet and affiliate marketing products.
Here’s the full list of Anthony’s training courses and software currently inside Morrison Publishing:
- Partner With Anthony (PWA) – which I joined, BTW.
- Email Domination
- Inbox Inner Circle
- Fan Page Domination
- Build Send Profit Live
- Mastery Funnel Club
- AE Academy
- Profit Cycle Blueprint
- Morrison Ambassador
- Success With Anthony 3.0
- Morrison Insider
- Crypto Masterclass (UGH, I hate crypto with a passion!)
- Funnel Hacks Bootcamp
- Digital Marketing Mastermind
- Profit Boosters
- Instagram Mastery
- Digital Marketing Academy
- Mobile Optin
- Auto Engage
- Fan Page Builder
- And Social Lead Sync…
Which, some folks claim said products come with hefty price tags.
YES, It’s true that numerous (but not all) products are high-ticket ones that can cost you an arm and a leg.
But it’s not as if Morrison holds a gun to your head shouting “buy or die, bitch” because it’s your choice, at the end of the day…
You simply purchase products that you feel will fit both your business needs and budget, right?
While I can’t actually comment on the quality of most of his stuff, I can say that Partner With Anthony is pretty cool, in my experience.
What’s The Big Deal With Partner With Anthony Anyway?
PWA is one of Anthony’s latest and greatest money-makers for newbs.
Where you get 30 days of video training entwined with a ‘Done-For-You’ system that allows you to earn multiple streams of recurring income with:
- PWA itself
- ClickFunnels
- GetResponse
- BuildRedirects
- GoDaddy
- Plus, other products & services built into the system.
In my honest opinion, YES, the system is geared towards promoting PWA itself to line Morrison’s own pockets…
Especially when there’s an expensive ‘Ambassador’ upgrade option to really beef up your commissions promoting his stuff.
But at the same time, you do collect 50% commissions as an affiliate of his (hence, why he calls it a “partnership”). 😛
Furthermore, he helps you to earn from other essential Biz-building resources that he DOES NOT profit from, BTW…
(Well, that’s if you join PWA through me or any other affiliate of his, of course, lol).
And NO, PWA is NOT a scam because it actually delivers what’s promised on the tin… that word called “results“.
Here’s the very first $3.50 commission I made from a $7 sale in August 2020.
Woop Woop!
Additionally, others inside Morrison’s ‘Success Connection’ Facebook group (comprising 19K members) are also starting to see the moolah.
As the saying goes: “the proof’s in the pudding”, right?
Needless to say, you must take action to reap results, which is something that Morrison drills into you from the get-go.
Anthony Morrison’s YouTube Channel: Is it Worth a Watch?
The great thing about YouTube is that it’s an awesome platform for internet marketers to build audience trust and grow their brands.
So in Anthony’s case – not only does he deliver heaps of golden nugget value on a variation of online money-making topics…
But his 640 videos vary from 10 minutes to an hour, they get 1,000s of hits, and he has over 37,000 subscribers (at the time of writing).
Trust me, I’ve come across some shocking YouTube channels in my time…
But Morrison’s channel is definitely worth “hitting the subscribe button and smashing up those likes”, as YouTubers say.
So if Morrison really is public enemy number one in the digital and affiliate marketing arena…
Then how come he puts out so much good content on The Tube for free that helps his big follower base?
Final Conclusion: Is Anthony Morrison a Slimy “Guru”?
Admittedly, Morrison is a clever boy when it comes to marketing himself, convincing his followers to buy and also promote his stuff (most of it costly) as affiliates.
(Which makes everything seem more about him, him, HIM).
And he may well have a shady past when it comes to misleading noobs with the crap he once peddled through ClickBank…
But given the fact that:
- Myself and numerous newbies are making money with his newest program (PWA)…
- He’s one of the faces of ClickFunnels as an award-winning affiliate…
- And he’s currently building out a strong brand on YouTube…
Does it really make him the bad guy or just an opportunist who enriches himself by helping others succeed online?
While I can see where others are coming from with the whole “Guru” thing, I also do believe in open-mindedness…
Especially when it comes to PWA, which looks like a promising sustainable system in my eyes.
But if things do go pear-shaped for whatever reason, I’ll be sure to update this review LOL.
Your buddy, Neil 😀
What are your honest thoughts and experiences with Mr. Morrison? We’d love to hear from ya in the comments below…
That was a doubt clearing piece about Anthony Morrison.
Reviews like this are very important to avoid the spread of negative opinions about a successful person. I used to have my doubts too, but I can say thanks to this article it has cleared my doubts to a good extent.
I totally agree, reviews really do help folks make informed decisions on both marketers and products.
I’m not saying that Morrison is totally dirt-free (lol), but if his products (despite some costing the Earth) can genuinely help newbies and experienced online Biz owners to succeed… Then surely that should count for something, right?
But I’m glad you found value in my review. 🙂
Thanks for this review, Neil.
I have taken a couple of affiliate marketing online courses in other programs like, Wealthy Affiliate and John Crestani’s Super Affiliate System.
It was hard not to get across Mr. Morrison’s offers as he is popping up every second on youtube ads because of my search history.
Anyhow, along with your review, I also have found a lot of negative ones saying he is just a scammer. On the other hand, yours gives him a bit of credit.
Pleasure, Olivier! 🙂
That’s awesome… Wealthy Affiliate is the bee’s knees! The Super Affiliate System is also another great choice if you’ve got the cash to chuck into paid ads.
And I agree, Anthony sure as hell gets around like a record, just like Crestani.
Unfortunately, the term “scam” gets loosely thrown around in the internet and affiliate marketing world these days. Anthony may well seem like he’s in the game for his own pockets, which is understandable when he tempts you with his high ticket stuff.
But a scammer (in my experience) is a low-life narcissist who intentionally designs a “get rich quick” product to squeeze cash from you. At least with Anthony, his products can make you a success – as I’m discovering for myself with Partner With Anthony.
I have heard of Anthony Morrison before, his name sounds familiar. I did not know that he was banned from Clickbank and that he sold some questionable items in the past, but judging from your review, it looks like he has made up for that.
If he offers so much free advice on YouTube, helping other online entrepreneurs, then he definitely sounds like he’s for real, and besides, his success story speaks for itself.
It’s great to see that you already made commissions with this program. I will definitely check out his YouTube channel.
Well, he either got banned or chose to walk away from ClickBank. Who knows the real truth.
And yeah, Morrison had some pretty shady products back in the day. But he’s “levelled up”, and his PWA program seems very promising – which should reflect the quality of the rest of his products, in my opinion.
